Bill and Mary Jo had us over for an election watch party and for dinner this evening. Two other couples were there to enjoy Bill's enchiladas suiza. He’s perfected his version of the dish he remembers from Sanborn's when he was in college in Mexico City. I’ll give him two thumbs up any day. Bill really wants to spend winters in Mexico; he hates Wisconsin winters as much as Justin does. Mary Jo on the other hand is fine with going to Florida or Alabama for a month and spending the rest of the winter in Green Bay. Thankfully Justin and I are totally on the same page with regard to getting the hell out of dodge.
