Sunday, 27 November 2022: Celestún

We arrived home yesterday; Abraham met us with a smile and a hug.  He also shared that Chocopol had died just last week and that the washing machine was broken.  Don’t know how long he’d been without but I called the repairman straight away.
How nice it was to be in my own bed.

Breakfast at Peter’s seemed to be the perfect way to begin our season in Celestun.  We delivered food stuff to Janet and visited.  We delivered dog food to Katherine and spent the day unpacking and getting settled.  And then, time for a sunset swim.  We’ve been waiting for this!

Football at Janet’s. She has every channel on the planet.  The Packers fell to the Eagles but we had leftover turkey and pumpkin pie.

Tessa and Louie were there too.  Gemma stayed at home.

Justin dropped his phone the first night we were home and he is not happy.  He fell asleep in bed and dropped the phone onto the tile floor.  The result:  one cracked screen.  Last week Abraham dropped his phone in a huge puddle of water so we are back to phone season in our family.
