Harold and Charlsy went to church while Dellene and I enjoyed mimosas and more chatting. I even had Prices pimento cheese toast for breakfast.
The boys watched football in the afternoon— of course they did. It is Sunday in October.
We gathered roots of lemon grass to smuggle into Mexico. I will try anything to keep the mosquitoes at bay.
We said farewell to Dellene about three pm.
Next in our dance card was to go go see Hal and Chami. Dinner at Red Fish Grill didn’t disappoint.
Hal has a new toy -- his hot rod. It has no windows, no headlights, but it has an engine! Justin drove the vehicle to dinner. When it was time to go home Chami and WIll pied in the truck with Hal and he followed closely behind Charlsy. Remember, no headlights. How can we expect Will to honor limits when Hal has never had limits?
It was interesting that we heard from Bijan informing us that he had extended an invitation for friends of his moms to stay at Casa Maria. I rather prickled when he said that he was “still the owner on paper.” What the hey!
