Saturday, 20 October 2018: Alvin

Justin went to shop for tires making friends with the guy from San Salvador who’s shop we pulled into last night.
Dellene drove down from Austin so she was able to join in this fun too. The three of us had lunch at Salata. Dellene and I had hoped to get in some shopping at the newly reopened Cold Water Creek but the grand opening was in the Woodlands on the north side of town. We will need to wait until next time when the Baybrook store reopens.

With two new tires installed, we bought  powerball and lottery tickets. We had to right?
Dinner at home of steaks from Perry’s meat market grilled by Uncle Harold — yummy!!!   These fillets do give Marchant’s a run for the money. I popped open another bottle of wine since I felt like this was the first time I could just sit and chat with Dellene and Charlsy.

Should I try to replicate this recipe?
