We started our day with breakfast in our hotel. Mimi had a facial and then meetings while Justin and I ran more errands. We picked up Mimi at 1:30. We tripped across a luncheon opportunity at a great little Spanish restaurant very near our hotel. It was a perfect welcoming treat. Justin and I often look for other types of restaurants when we are in Merida. The Mexican food is great but the Spanish change was welcome. Today's paella was scrumptious!
The drive back to Celestun never seems to get shorter.
