Monday, 30 October, 2017: Milwaukee

 We arrived in Milwaukee very late last night. Erich was at work and Holly gave us the garage code so we didn't have to wake up all the kids. Holly went to work leaving the rest of us to enjoy breakfast at the the Capital Cafe with Erich before a quick trip to REI and then spending the day with Lilly and Brody.

First a trip to the park where we hunted for alligators and checked out the swings, the slides and jungle gym.  Next stops were Daddy Yo's, a local frozen yogurt shop and the grocery store before heading home to prepare an old favorite standby of chicken and rice. We offer a HUGE thanks to Holly and Erich for letting Brody and Lilly play hooky; we had a great day!  We didn't get to see Mike, Mandy, and Eli so we will make sure we see them on our return trip

Finn didn't get yogurt but he seemed
 to be content with his animal crackers.

Brody had been a Ninga warrior for Halloween. 
He was still in costume most of the evening.
