Neither I’ve of us slept very well so we left the boat about 4:15am. This part alone was out of the ordinary as I usually sleep very well onboard. Justin drove for the first couple of hours before we switched drivers and that put me driving through Chicago right at 7:30 am. Great! It was fine with me because that meant we switched again for Justin to drive through Milwaukee. I’d much rather drive in Chicago before Milwaukee. Between the crappy drivers and the road construction. Plus I am a bit better with true stop-and-go traffic than Justin so it is all good.
