Justin had time to "play" with his new chain saw today. He's been eager to do this for a while. Tom Perrins came to town today. Tom is a friend of Justin's from Windjammers Sailing Club. I'd met Tom once (at Robin and Laura's wedding). Tom will be here until the 14th. His wife Yadira will come in on Monday.
Justin was really pleased to be able to show Tom around Casa Maria and to share the plans we have.
We invited Carol to join us as we headed to dinner and sunset at Las Palapas.

We had quite the visitor on our bedroom window.
Thankfully the screens were fully intact.
