Ric invited his daughter Anika, husband Dave and new granddaughter, Prairie over for dinner. Prairie was born on 3 August, the same day I had knee surgery. Ric prepared a scrumptious beef tenderloin, that was served with crumbled blue cheese and a balsamic reduction along with fresh green beans and new potatoes. I made a salad. What a treat to enjoy someone else's cooking but still get to stay in your own house!
