We picked Willow up from school to go to dinner. All summer we’ve been trying to get her to our house. She wants to watch the movie Wicked and so do I. It hasn’t worked for various reasons so tonight we at least get to have dinner together. Of all the restaurants in town, she chose China Buffet.
“You will have a successful bake sale.” What kind of fortune is that? She was robbed. Thankfully, she laughed about it, and equally fortunate, we had promised Culver’s.
