Joan and Tom came to visit for a few days. We got the bedroom painted just as they were pulling in the driveway. The Behr color of the year is “Hidden gem”. Justin called it egregious green or something similar. I quite like it.
As usual, Joan came with gifts. She’d made fresh spring rolls in honor of our upcoming trip to Vietnam. My new favorite red wine — Meomi. Herman, new addition to our kitchen. And, she left flowers she’d bought when we all went to farmers market. What a nice ending to a great visit.
