Happy birthday to me. We’d learned about SAP, restaurant in Appleton, from Nancy. I was excited when she told me about poblano eggs Benedict— doesn’t that just make your mouth water? That was our destination for brunch. Although that particular item wasn’t on their ever updated menu, we were not disappointed. Yummy!!!
Dogs in Celestún are not well. We’ve been in contact with Abraham, Legia and of course, Laura, veterinarian extraordinaire. Medicine is being administered and we wait.
Justin bought a spore infused block of Italian Oyster at farmers market so we should have loads of fresh mushrooms soon.
