Rodolfo’s biker friends were meeting up in Celestun today. They left from Merida this morning, came to Celestun for breakfast and then we’re heading back to Merida. For about ten seconds I considered breakfast for thirty and then common sense prevailed. Instead there was only Kelli, Carl, Kelly, Scott, Justin, Abraham and me. Rudolfo, girlfriend Ruth, and friend Santiago spent the night but they were on their way this morning. The weather promised a great ride.
Breakfast menu: Spinach and Gouda overnight egg casserole, Fruit, Coffee cake.
Gustos couldn’t come to our party and he brought a fish. Not the best hostess gift ever — I didn’t even want it in my kitchen. Jona, who exclaimed that is was a very good fish indeed, was happy to take it home for he and Neli.
