Monday, 19 September 2022: in front of the TV

My day started rather early.  I guess I'd rather remember getting up early to watch a royal wedding rather than remembering watching Queen Elizabeth II funeral.  I truly enjoyed looking at all the pictures of her throughout her reign.  This is indeed a historic moment.  

   We've got all kinds of zucchini so it is zucchini morning, noon and night almost.  Last week a made this zucchini and yellow squash spiral.  Studded with tomatoes and held together with mozzarella, it was almost too pretty to eat.
