Justin and I have been in the car long enough to determine that we need a specialized cruise control. This device should be able to maintain speed as a typical cruise control but it should also be able to determine when you are simply going through rolling hills and there is no need to punch it into overdrive.
This variable cruise control would allow one to maintain excellent gas mileage given their hybrid vehicle which regularly sees 42-45 mpg.
We’ve also decided that we need specialized GPS navigational instructions. I don’t
need directions for the next two miles telling me to go straight to stay on the road I am already on. I can be told to stay on this road for the next hundred what miles and I’ll be just fine. Let me know when I need to do something significant… otherwise, just keep clicking down those miles.
