Wednesday, 29 September 2021: dining room at Hartung


 



Ric made a scrumptious eggplant parmesan for dinner.  He knew Justin and I were busting it to get all our chores done in preparation for travel and he wanted to take food prep off of my plate -- What a dear!  

I tapped into our seemingly endless tomato supply for a salad.  As you know, eggplant parm has about a squillion steps.  Ric said it would be a while until he makes it again but it sure was yummy tonight.  Homegrown eggplant and homegrown tomatoes... hard to go wrong.
