221 Winter Drive is in the books. I signed closing papers at 11:00am and we were on the road north.
Our time with Dellene was fabulous. We hung out at home, we cooked together, we laughed, we cried. Our visit was perfect.
Again, no pictures but we did get to see the very beginnings of blue bonnets!!! These pics were taken in our backyard at Essex. We'd left our car at Essex so we needed to arrange with the current tenants to stop by and get the car. The were very accommodating thankfully. Unfortunately, we found that we needed to stop by again, this time to get out jackets. We were headed north and, yes, we needed jackets. (We realized later we might have left the second key to the Escape there too. It's several weeks later and we still haven't found the key. But we sold the car... more on that later.)
